How long does return shipping take?
Returns made using a ReadyReturns label typically take 5–6 business days to reach our Returns Facility.
Please note that holidays, peak seasons, and weather or operational delays may extend transit time.
How long will my refund take?
Once your return is delivered to our Returns Facility, please allow up to 2 weeks for processing.
After your refund is processed:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5–7 business days
- PayPal: 2–4 business days
- Klarna: 5–10 business days
Refund timeframes may vary depending on your financial institution.
How long will my exchange take?
Expect up to 2 weeks from the time your return is delivered to receive your exchange order.
New Exchange Processing Update
Once your ReadyReturns exchange label is generated, your exchange order is placed immediately to reserve inventory.
You’ll receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours of the exchange order entering our system.
Exchange orders ship using Standard 5–7 Business Day Shipping.
If the requested item is no longer available, a refund will be issued instead.
