If you believe your item is defective, it must be returned within 45 days from the date your order shipped.
If your item arrives defective, worn, or damaged
If your package arrives with a defective or damaged item, please contact our Customer Service team right away so we can assist with a replacement (pending item availability).
If the item is no longer available, it will need to be returned in‑store or by mail for a refund, following our standard return policy for online orders.
If a defect occurs after use
If the defect occurs after the product has been used, you’ll need to return the item in‑store or by mail (online orders only) for evaluation by our Returns Team.
- If the item is deemed defective, we will issue a refund in accordance with our return policy.
- If the item is not deemed defective, it will be shipped back to the original address on file.
Important Policy Note
Store purchases cannot be returned by mail.
If the defective item was purchased in-store, it must be returned to a Foot Locker store for assistance.
