Returned/exchanged merchandise must be unworn and in new condition with the original tags. Returned/exchanged items must be returned in the original boxes and bags and must include all the original hang-tags.
Returns for online and store orders must take place within 45 days after the original shipment date in order to receive a credit in the original form of payment.
Returns for all orders can be returned through our ReadyReturns portal by mail or at any of your local Champs Sports stores by using our store locator.
Returns received more than 45 days after shipment date will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.

Please note:
- Original shipping fees will not be refunded unless the returned item was defective or you received a wrong item.
- For items that are paid for in-store, please be aware that our Online Returns Team is unable to process exchange requests. If you wish to exchange your item, we recommend visiting any of our Champs Sports stores. If you are seeking a refund for your in-store paid items, please note that the refund will be issued via check sent by mail.
- We are not responsible for packages that are not sent to our Returns Center
Afterpay Returns:
Afterpay returns follow Champs Sports' standard return process. Once we process your return, your Afterpay payment schedule is adjusted to reflect the new total order value starting with the last installment and working backwards. Therefore, you may find that your payments that are the furthest out, have been reduced to zero, and the closest payments remain at the original value.
If you are fully returning items you purchased using the monthly payments option and a refund is owed, any amounts paid towards the good or service, will be refunded; any interest that has already been paid will not be refunded. You may be charged interest for the period of time before your refund is processed.

Our In-Store Return Policy
- With a valid receipt, unworn merchandise is eligible for a full refund or exchange within 45 days of the original purchase date.
- Without a receipt, unworn merchandise may be exchanged at the lowest selling price from the past 60 days, which may reflect any applicable promotions or discounts. Verification through a phone number and two-factor authentication is required.
- All returns and exchanges, regardless of receipt status, may be subject to limitations if misuse of the return policy is suspected.
