Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment used on your order.
Refund Timeframes by Payment Type
- Credit/Debit Card Refunds:
Please allow 5–7 business days for processing. These purchases may be returned in-store or by mail (online orders only). - Gift Card Refunds:
Please allow 1–2 business days for processing. - PayPal Refunds:
Please allow 2–4 business days.
If your PayPal account is tied to a credit/debit card, additional processing time may occur. - Klarna Refunds:
Please allow 3–7 business days for funds to be restored to your Klarna account. - Afterpay Refunds:
Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.

Return Shipping Fees
We offer free returns for FLX Rewards members.
Non‑FLX members will have a $6.99 return shipping fee deducted from their refund when using a ReadyReturns label and selecting “Refund.”
Only the product price and taxes will be refunded.
If you received incorrect, damaged, or defective merchandise, the $6.99 fee will not be charged, and your refund will include your original standard shipping fee.
These issues must be reported to Customer Service immediately and returned within 45 days. Items deemed not defective after inspection will be returned to the original shipping address.
Refunds for In‑Store Purchases
- If you have your original receipt, you may exchange the item or receive a refund to your original payment method at any store.
- Store purchases can no longer be returned by mail.
Any attempt to mail an in‑store purchase will be rejected and returned to sender.
Klarna Refunds
When a refund is processed for a Klarna order, it will be applied to the return value, and your Klarna payment schedule will adjust accordingly:
- If your refund value is greater than the total paid so far, Klarna will refund the difference to your payment method on file.
- If your refund value is less than the original purchase amount, you are still responsible for the remaining Klarna balance.
Processing typically takes 3–7 business days, and you must continue making scheduled Klarna payments during this period.
If a refund is incorrectly issued to a different payment method, you will still be charged by Klarna until the balance is paid.
Afterpay Refunds
Afterpay returns follow Foot Locker’s standard return process.
Once your return is processed:
- Your installment schedule will be updated starting with the last payment and working backward.
- If returning an order placed using the monthly payment option, amounts already paid toward the goods will be refunded, but interest already paid is non‑refundable.
- Interest may continue to accrue until your refund is fully processed.
