We highly suggest having push notifications enabled. It’s the main way we’ll notify you if you’ve been selected. For Store pickup, we usually notify you the afternoon before the launch date. For ship To Me, we’ll notify you the morning of the launch. You can also check the status of your entry at any time in the mobile app.
Important to know:
For Ship to Me, you’ll also receive an order confirmation email to the email address associated with your account.
For Store Pickup, you will receive pick up information on your confirmation screen. Don’t forget, you must confirm within 60 minutes of being selected! If not, your reservation will be forfeited.
