It’s easy use your points for FLX Cash:
Shopping online
First, sign in and go to your FLX Rewards Dashboard. Then, redeem your points for FLX Cash and add it to your Rewards wallet. Lastly, apply your FLX Cash at checkout.
For online transactions, any additional eligible promotional offer or discount is applied AFTER FLX Cash is deducted from the subtotal (before taxes and fees). Promotional offers are applied before taxes and up to one (1) other offer can be applied with FLX Cash.
Shopping in a store
First, add your FLX Cash to your Rewards wallet prior to your purchase. Then, let the store team member know you have a reward in your wallet or show the barcode on the reward at checkout.
For in-store transactions, FLX Cash will be applied before any additional eligible promotional offer or discount. FLX Cash also cannot be applied with a post-survey discount offer. (Additional terms may apply.)
