We’ll return the XPoints you redeemed for an FLX Cash reward to your FLX account – if you return all the items from your purchase.
For example, if you used a $20 FLX Cash reward, then you get 60,000 XPoints credited back to your FLX account (minus any return fees).
Partial refunds
For partial refunds, if you would like to start a return for a transaction in which FLX Cash was applied and only part of the order is returned, then you’ll be refunded for the returned items to the original method of payment (minus any return fees).
Returning a purchase by mail?
If you choose to send your return by mail, then we offer a $6.99 return shipping label fee label for customers in Canada. You can start a return by going to our Ready Returns portal.
If you used FLX Cash on your order, then the $6.99 return shipping label fee could be taken from your FLX Cash refund.
For example, if you’re due a $10 FLX Cash refund, we’ll deduct $6.99 return shipping label fee from your refund. The remaining $3.01 will return as 9,030 XPoints to your FLX account.
Used a $5 FLX Cash reward? We’ll deduct $5 from your refund. The remaining $1.99 would be taken from another method of payment, say a credit card.
